- To
download the forms... WINDOWS USERS right-click the
form you want, and choose SAVE TARGET AS and select
the location where you want to save the file (we suggest
just saving it on your desktop so you can find it easily). MAC USERS, control-click. If you just click on the link,
it will open in your web browser rather than downloading
and you will not be able to save it.
- The
Purchase Agreement and Layaway Agreement are in Adobe Reader (PDF) format. Most newer computers
have the free Adobe Reader installed. If you are unable
to open the agreement after you download it, follow
one of these links to download the free Adobe Reader:

- The Direction Sheet is in Microsoft Word format so that you can enter information into the form and print it to send to Barna. This form can be opened by most word processors.
